Headed by Elizabeth Beetham, Power for Health nutritional consultants

fuelled by her interest in healthy living and diet, looking after both
body and mind to create a healthy lifestyle. Influenced by American
lifestyle gurus Louise Hay and Anthony Robbins, Elizabeth’s
approach
involves creating a positive and joyful outlook on life with her
clients.
Power for Health’s nutritional consultants sees the whole
picture,
enabling its clients to attain their full health potential. This
includes private consultations for personal callers and business
clients. Individuals are given one to one consultations, with support
through the entire process. Via our website, we also offer a range of
organic supplements under the ‘Nature’s
Sunshine’ brand name – all made
from organically sourced pure food.
With wellbeing in the workplace a popular discussion subject
– and key
to raised productivity in the work environment – our
nutritional
consultants offer workshops for corporate clients. These involve
emotional issues, exercise, nutritional education and weight
management. With several years experience as a company director,
Elizabeth
recognises the importance of health in the workplace, having seen the
effects of absenteeism and long term sickness to productivity and
morale.
